To REGISTER for an event:

Step 1:    Login - Top right of this screen: 
                  HBS ALUMNI   or   NON (HBS) ALUMNI

Step 2:   Register for an Event - After you have logged in, then go to EVENTS tab.....

  Note:  HBS Alumni will now login using their HBS LEFA email.
